Job Summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter for a remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the physician panel and negotiating costs with physicians
• Onboarding new physicians based on client needs
• Researching and conducting outreach for new panel options when necessary

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree preferred but not required
• Physician recruitment experience in a healthcare/insurance setting or equivalent
• Working knowledge of physician networks, medical specialties, and terminology
• Strong negotiation skills and understanding of compliance guidelines
• Computer literacy and typing skills required
