Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to meet staffing needs
• Manage the recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and hiring processes
• Prepare staffing reports and track key staffing metrics

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree
• 3 or more years of experience in managing the entire recruiting life cycle
• 3 or more years of healthcare recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing experience preferred
