A company is looking for a Recruiter to handle full-cycle recruiting for healthcare positions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high volume full-cycle recruiting for Behavior Interventionists, including screening, interviewing, and making offers
Collaborate with the operations team to identify staffing needs
Source candidates using ATS, job boards, social media, and other resources

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

1-2 years of healthcare recruiting experience, preferably in ABA recruiting
Experience in high volume recruiting is preferred
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
Bachelor's degree
