A company is looking for a Contract Sourcing Recruiter to find exceptional healthcare talent.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively source and engage healthcare professionals through various outreach methods
Spend approximately 80% of time sourcing passive candidates with nursing or quality experience
Build and manage talent pipelines while tracking and reporting on sourcing metrics

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals
Strong command of advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter (required)
Experience with Greenhouse is highly preferred
Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
