• Co-manage operational support by addressing candidate inquiries through various communication channels

Qualifications & Competencies

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, or customer support
• Strong experience in building rapport and providing customer service through various interactions
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and workloads independently
• Preferred experience in home care or regulated industries requiring compliance documentation
