Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to meet staffing needs
• Manage the entire recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring processes
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in managing the recruiting life cycle
• 3 or more years of healthcare recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing experience preferred
• Associate degree preferred
