Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain job postings through an Applicant Tracking System and job boards
• Conduct initial screenings of applicants and schedule interviews with management
• Act as a liaison between management and applicants throughout the recruitment process

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry or a desire to learn
• Experience with high-volume recruiting is a plus
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to maintain and update data in multiple electronic databases
