A company is looking for a Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for varied roles across multiple departments
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate setting
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
