Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle talent acquisition for clinical and non-clinical positions in Skilled Nursing/Health Care Centers
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and communicate regularly on recruitment progress
• Source candidates through various media and manage a high volume of requisitions across multiple locations

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources, Healthcare, Social Services, or a related field
• 3-5 years of full life-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience developing proactive recruiting strategies in a high volume environment
• Knowledge of HR, recruitment practices, and applicable labor laws
• PHR certification preferred, but not required
