Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter who manages a high-volume hiring pipeline for non-medical caregiver candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and reactive support to candidates, addressing barriers and guiding them through hiring milestones
  • Monitor and manage candidate progression through various systems to ensure efficient movement through the hiring funnel
  • Review documentation and conduct compliance checks to ensure readiness for state and national audits
Qualifications & Competencies
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in a recruiting, hiring, onboarding, or customer support role managing a high volume of candidates
  • Strong experience in building rapport and providing exceptional customer service through various communication methods
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates at different stages
  • Strong technical aptitude to efficiently navigate applicant tracking systems and hiring automation platforms
