Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter who specializes in healthcare recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support full-cycle recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and hiring recommendations
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruitment strategies
  • Maintain accurate and compliant candidate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in healthcare administrative services, RCM, HIT, and HIM roles
  • Working knowledge of the end-to-end revenue cycle and hospital vs. professional billing
  • Proven success managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced recruiting environment
  • Proficiency with common office software and ATS systems
