A company is looking for a Recruiter to support their Talent team in sourcing and hiring for clinical and healthcare operations roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sourcing efforts for healthcare and operational roles
• Conduct initial candidate screens and coordinate interviews
• Maintain accurate candidate records and assist with onboarding coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in high-growth organizations is preferred
• Exposure to full-cycle recruiting processes is a plus
