Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for healthcare positions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high volume full-cycle recruiting for Behavior Interventionists, including candidate screening and interviews
Collaborate with the operations team to identify staffing needs
Source candidates using ATS, job boards, social media, and other resources

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of healthcare recruiting experience, preferably in ABA
Experience in high volume recruiting preferred
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
Bachelor's degree
