Job Summary

A company is looking for a Diagnostics Recruiter to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for 50-70 requisitions, utilizing creative and proactive methods
• Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand talent requirements and drive the recruitment process
• Maintain compliance with OFCCP regulations and provide updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 5 or more years of full life-cycle recruitment experience within the healthcare industry
• Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Understanding of employment law and legal compliance issues related to recruitment
• Experience with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office
