Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding

• Monitor recruitment metrics and research the healthcare hiring landscape to enhance sourcing strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, or patient services
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and high-volume hiring workflows
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and HRIS platforms commonly used in healthcare
• Ability to work remotely and support distributed teams across all time zones
