Job Summary

To support organizational growth, the Contract Healthcare Recruiter will manage recruiting activities for clinical and operational positions remotely on a 1099 basis for approximately 6-9 months.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities for assigned clinical and operational positions
• Source and engage candidates through various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Conduct phone screens to assess qualifications and fit for multiple healthcare roles

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting within healthcare environments
• Demonstrated success recruiting both clinical and operational healthcare positions
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
