Job Summary

To support new market growth initiatives, the contract Healthcare Recruiter will work remotely to source, interview, and secure candidates for various healthcare roles while collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across Care team roles
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a recruiter in the healthcare sector
• Experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking system is required
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively as a W9 contractor
