Job Summary
To support the Department of Veteran Affairs, the full-time Healthcare Recruiter will implement independent recruiting strategies to recruit, screen, and hire healthcare professionals, while cultivating relationships with field staff and generating referrals.
Key responsibilities
- Implement recruiting strategies to evaluate and select healthcare workers based on client needs
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates to meet company goals
- Negotiate compensation packages and ensure compliance with credentialing requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare recruiting
- Experience supporting recruiting for a large healthcare or hospital system
- Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting regulations and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media recruitment sources
