Job Summary

To support the Department of Veteran Affairs, the full-time Healthcare Recruiter will implement independent recruiting strategies to recruit, screen, and hire healthcare professionals, while cultivating relationships with field staff and generating referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Implement recruiting strategies to evaluate and select healthcare workers based on client needs
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates to meet company goals
• Negotiate compensation packages and ensure compliance with credentialing requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare recruiting
• Experience supporting recruiting for a large healthcare or hospital system
• Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting regulations and practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media recruitment sources
