Job Summary

To ensure timely staffing of healthcare projects, the full-time remote Healthcare Recruiter will network and recruit healthcare professionals, manage candidate screenings, and liaise with client facilities while providing strategic support to the Hospital/RevTech team.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates for specific assignments using various job posting and search mediums
• Networking creatively and utilizing social media to attract applicants
• Screening applications and resumes, conducting interviews, and completing reference checks
