Job Summary

To support full-cycle hiring across clinical and corporate functions, the remote full-time Recruiter will manage the recruitment lifecycle, actively source candidates, and partner with operational leaders to attract top talent in a growing healthcare organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through onboarding for clinical and corporate positions
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels, building and maintaining candidate pipelines
  • Serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, developing interview guides and providing updates on candidate pipelines and market trends
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated success in active sourcing and full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing technologies
