Job Summary

To support a healthcare organization, the fully remote contract Healthcare Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume healthcare positions, overseeing approximately 20 open requisitions while collaborating with hiring managers to identify top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume healthcare positions
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical healthcare roles

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of direct sourcing and recruiting experience, including both exempt and non-exempt positions
• Proven success managing full-cycle healthcare recruitment
• Experience handling approximately 20 requisitions concurrently
• Strong organizational, time-management, and scheduling skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS
