Job Summary

Managing the recruitment process for assigned healthcare positions, the full-time temporary Healthcare Recruiter will utilize the applicant tracking system to post requisitions, coordinate interviews, and screen applicants while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the start-to-finish recruitment process for assigned positions
• Utilize the applicant tracking system to manage candidate activities and workflows
• Schedule and coordinate interviews while verifying employment eligibility requirements

Required qualifications

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of iCMS
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Remote work capability
• No supervisory responsibilities required
