Job Summary

To support various markets across the East Coast and Midwest, the full-time Contract Healthcare Recruiter will source and recruit Healthcare Providers, Registered Nurses, and administrative staff while managing the recruitment process remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain job postings through an Applicant Tracking System and various job boards
• Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with qualified applicants
• Act as a liaison between management and applicants throughout the recruitment process

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry or a strong desire to learn
• Experience with high-volume recruiting is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and various business software programs
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
