Job Summary

To support various markets across the East Coast and Midwest, the full-time Contract Healthcare Recruiter will work remotely to source and recruit Healthcare Providers, Registered Nurses, and administrative staff, while managing the recruitment process from initial screenings to offer letters.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain job postings through an Applicant Tracking System and various job boards
• Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with qualified applicants
• Act as a liaison between management and applicants throughout the recruitment process

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry or a strong desire to learn
• Experience with high-volume recruiting is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and various business software programs
• Outstanding communication and people skills
