Job Summary

To support the recruitment of healthcare professionals, the full-time Remote Healthcare Recruiter will source, screen, and place nursing and allied clinicians into travel and contract assignments nationwide while building relationships and providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods, including networking and outreach
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for travel opportunities
• Maintain accurate candidate records and collaborate with internal teams for successful placements

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree with 0-2 years of experience or High School Diploma/GED with 2-4 years of experience
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or relationship-based consultative roles
• Proficiency with recruiting technology, CRM systems, or ATS platforms
• Full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
