Job Summary

To support a growing Talent Acquisition team, the full-time Contract Healthcare Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare providers across multiple states in a fully remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare provider positions, including sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates
• Create and maintain job postings in the ATS and on various job boards while coordinating interviews and communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and provide weekly updates on the recruitment pipeline while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
• Minimum 3-4 years of provider recruitment experience, preferably recruiting Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry or a strong desire to learn about healthcare
• Experience with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
