Job Summary
To support various markets across the East Coast and Midwest, the full-time Contract Healthcare Recruiter will source and recruit Healthcare Providers, Registered Nurses, and administrative staff while managing the recruitment process remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain job postings through an Applicant Tracking System and various job boards
- Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and manage communication with applicants throughout the hiring process
- Provide weekly updates on the recruitment pipeline and collaborate with the team to develop new recruitment strategies
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry or a strong desire to learn
- Experience with high-volume recruiting is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with various business software programs
- Outstanding communication and people skills
