Required qualifications
- 8+ years of direct sourcing and recruiting experience, including exempt and non-exempt positions
- Proven success managing full-cycle healthcare recruitment
- Experience handling approximately 20 requisitions concurrently
- Strong organizational, time-management, and scheduling skills
- Healthcare recruiting experience focused on roles such as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Nurses
