Required qualifications

- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
- Strong understanding of healthcare hiring considerations, including compliance and credentialing
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with EEOC, ADA, and compliant hiring practices
