Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Healthcare Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting processes, partner with hiring managers to attract top talent, and enhance the candidate experience in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on recruiting best practices and market trends
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or high-growth environments
- Proven experience sourcing and recruiting for a variety of professional-level roles
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills
