Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter, the full-time remote position will manage full-cycle recruiting across various business functions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified and diverse talent while partnering with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or high-growth environments
- Proven experience sourcing and recruiting for various professional-level roles
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills
