Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract qualified candidates
• Utilize an applicant tracking system to analyze applicant information and conduct interviews
• Extend job offers and finalize candidate placements in the tracking system

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• One (1) year of high-volume recruiting experience; 5+ years preferred
• One (1) year of experience with applicant tracking systems; 3+ years with Taleo preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
