Job Summary

To support the growing ministries in St. Louis or Northwest Arkansas, the part-time PRN Healthcare Recruiter will partner with hiring leaders to attract and hire top healthcare talent while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Source and engage candidates through various channels, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Analyze recruitment data and recommend improvements based on best practices and market trends

Required qualifications:

• BS Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare recruiting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle confidential information and relate to diverse populations
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
