Job Summary

Detail-oriented and operationally sharp, the full-time remote Healthcare Recruiting Administrator will manage the ATS, support the Advocate Recruitment team, and ensure efficient onboarding processes while maintaining accurate records and communications.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the ATS and manage onboarding documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries, triaging requests and resolving issues
  • Track candidate pipeline activity, identify bottlenecks, and prepare operational reports to support departmental projects
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in healthcare, staffing, or recruiting operations
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and ability to quickly learn new tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining precision
