A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to registered dietitians and licensed mental health therapists for partnership opportunities
• Serve as the primary contact for prospective practices, educating them on services and addressing inquiries
• Coordinate necessary documentation and track partnership progress through CRM systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
• Understanding of medical billing, insurance credentialing, or healthcare revenue cycle management
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
