Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Recruiting Lead-Healthcare Staffing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for nursing and allied health positions and travel/contract healthcare roles
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple channels while overseeing the candidate experience from outreach to onboarding
• Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and collaborate with global teams to support recruiting initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including healthcare staffing experience
• Proven experience supporting or working with offshore or global recruiting teams
• Proficient in ATS and sourcing tools
• Familiarity with healthcare credentialing and compliance standards preferred
