Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the Manager, BridgeCare Recruiting will oversee the locum recruiting process for qualified physicians and CRNAs, providing mentorship and support while achieving individual recruiting production goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of locum recruiters, focusing on onboarding and performance management
  • Manage the full lifecycle locum recruitment process to meet staffing needs and production goals
  • Collaborate with regional leadership and external staffing agencies to ensure timely provider placements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare recruiting experience required
  • Previous locum tenens recruiting experience required
  • Leadership or team lead experience preferred
  • Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and applicant tracking systems required
