Healthcare Recruiting Manager
Job Summary
To enhance recruiting operations and client relationships, the full-time Recruiting & Account Manager will lead and develop a team of healthcare recruiters, oversee MSP/VMS account management, and ensure performance metrics are met while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of healthcare recruiters to improve performance and accountability
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruiters, including submissions, interviews, and fill ratios
- Serve as the primary account manager for MSP, VMS, and strategic staffing partnerships, maintaining strong client relationships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent healthcare staffing experience
- Minimum of five years of healthcare staffing experience, including recruiting and/or account management
- Previous leadership or management experience required
- Strong understanding of MSP and VMS programs and healthcare staffing operations
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
