Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Sourcing Partner (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the fulfillment of contingent worker requisitions through the Direct Sourcing solution
• Engage with hiring managers to ensure quality job descriptions and optimal communication between candidates and managers
• Maintain updated operational procedures and evaluate processes for effectiveness and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• College degree, AA or equivalent experience
• Three years of experience in recruiting or sourcing and customer service is preferred
• Healthcare or Dental recruiting experience is required
• Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and clients
• Must have strong customer service and organizational skills
