Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Specialist to scale its clinical hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct up to 14 Zoom-based screening calls per day with inbound candidates, primarily RNs
• Assess key fit criteria including licensure, availability, and baseline qualifications
• Decisively choose to hire or reject candidates based on their fit for the role

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or both)
• Able to thrive in a high-output, high-ownership work environment
• Strong professional judgment to identify red flags or alignment issues quickly
• Ambitious to grow and eager to learn
• Must be based in the United States
