Job Summary
Managing a pipeline of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, the full-time remote Provider Recruiting Specialist will proactively source candidates, guide them through the recruitment process, and maintain communication from outreach to offer acceptance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for NPs and PAs across nationwide markets, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Manager on sourcing strategies
- Proactively source candidates through various channels and maintain pipelines for current and future openings
- Conduct candidate assessments and maintain accurate documentation in the ATS while tracking key recruitment metrics
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or medical aesthetics
- Experience recruiting NPs, PAs, MDs, or DOs is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage a high requisition load while maintaining quality communication
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong self-accountability
