Healthcare Recruiting Specialist

Job Summary

To support the growth of a national multi-specialty telehealth provider network, the remote Healthcare Recruiting Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting for healthcare providers, including physicians and advanced practice providers, while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume recruitment efforts for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Therapists
• Track provider candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and manage workflows
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated skills in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic
