Healthcare Referral Management Supervisor

Job Summary

To support the Referral Management & Analytics service line, the full-time Healthcare Referral Management Supervisor will manage employee performance, oversee workflow, and ensure data integrity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and orient employees, assign work, and develop schedules while ensuring adherence to company standards
• Manage employee performance, provide feedback, and facilitate training opportunities
• Run reports, maintain data integrity, and monitor billing procedures and documentation

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or supervising employees preferred
• 2+ years in patient scheduling, registration, or healthcare billing
• Familiarity with applicable service line programs and high volume call center experience preferred
• Strong computer knowledge, especially in Excel; familiarity with Epic and HCA/Parallon IT systems is preferred
