Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Finance Regional Sales Manager - Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Business Development Officers within the Up Market Healthcare vertical
• Develop and execute business development strategies and oversee the go-to-market strategy
• Collaborate with national accounts to identify large-scale opportunities and ensure achievement of performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Practice Finance, Business Banking, and/or team management
• Proven experience leading and coaching financial sales teams
• Background in Business Banking or Practice Finance, including credit experience
• Strong understanding of financial documentation and cash flow analysis
