Job Summary

Seeking a Healthcare Regulatory Attorney for a remote contract engagement, the position requires managing healthcare regulatory matters, including Medicaid frameworks and provider licensure, while leveraging at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage healthcare regulatory compliance issues related to Medicaid, facility licensing, and provider licensure
• Conduct legal research and draft documents related to healthcare regulations and corporate practice of medicine
• Navigate sub-regulatory guidance, including board opinions and other healthcare frameworks

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare regulatory law
• Strong understanding of Medicaid frameworks and facility licensing processes
