Job Summary
Supporting a national healthcare company on a part-time remote basis, the Healthcare Regulatory Attorney will analyze Medicare Advantage and value-based care regulatory frameworks, serve as a subject-matter expert for arbitration preparation, and provide practical guidance on related regulatory questions.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze Medicare Advantage and value-based care regulations relevant to pending arbitration
- Serve as the healthcare regulatory expert, collaborating with company leadership and outside counsel
- Review documents and advise on regulatory implications concerning the arbitration issues
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of healthcare regulatory experience with a focus on Medicare Advantage and value-based care
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, payment structures, and risk-based contracting
- Experience supporting disputes or arbitrations from a regulatory perspective is preferred
- Licensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing
- J.D. from an accredited law school
