Job Summary
Joining a collaborative legal team, the full-time Healthcare Regulatory Counsel will provide actionable legal advice on healthcare laws and regulations impacting telehealth services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Support multiple teams by advising on laws and regulations affecting telehealth care delivery
- Identify and address legal risks related to privacy, product, and regulatory compliance in new product launches
- Collaborate with the public policy team to review and influence proposed legislation affecting the business
Required qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school with an active license to practice in at least one US jurisdiction
- 4+ years of healthcare regulatory experience as a practicing attorney
- Extensive knowledge of telehealth compliance and digital health regulations
- Experience interpreting state and federal laws related to care delivery services
- Ability to provide creative, solution-focused legal advice in a fast-paced environment
