Job Summary
To support a fast-growing healthcare company, the full-time Healthcare Regulatory Counsel will navigate legal and regulatory complexities, ensuring compliance while collaborating with various teams in a hybrid or fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Review consumer-facing content for legal and regulatory compliance, advising on healthcare advertising requirements
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors and partners while identifying and mitigating contractual risks
- Monitor emerging regulations and translate them into actionable recommendations for internal teams
Required qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
- Approximately 4-7 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a healthcare or highly regulated environment
- Working knowledge of FDA and FTC requirements affecting healthcare marketing and advertising
- Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
- Ability to research and interpret evolving regulations and provide practical guidance to non-legal teams
