Healthcare Regulatory Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the organization's healthcare regulatory compliance efforts, the full-time Healthcare Regulatory & Governance Manager will evaluate operational impacts of regulatory requirements, manage compliance documentation, and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day healthcare regulatory compliance activities and evaluate operational impacts of regulatory requirements
• Oversee the lifecycle management of policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new state expansion and ensure regulatory readiness for operational alignment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, or related healthcare operations roles
• Working knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations and payer requirements, preferably in home-based care settings
• Experience with healthcare policy management and compliance documentation programs
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
