Job Summary
Offering a part-time, remote opportunity, the Member of the Board of Advisors - Reimbursement Strategy will provide strategic guidance on growth, market opportunities, and partnerships while supporting healthcare startups and contributing to the venture capital ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares' growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision
- Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, startup evaluation, and social impact strategy
- Support Healthcare Shares by offering relevant introductions and expertise to strengthen the firm's ecosystem and portfolio support
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields
- Senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience preferred
- Strong professional network within healthcare, investment, or innovation ecosystems
- Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups
- Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month to board participation and advisory activities
